About the use of the platform 1hls.uz "Healthy lifestyle"

1. This public offer (hereinafter the Offer) is the official public offer for the use of the Healthy
Lifestyle Platform (hereinafter the Platform) for individuals of 18 and above residing in the territory
of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including persons without citizenship (hereinafter a Citizen), on one
side by the heads (R. Irmatov, A. Khadjibaev, T. Ishmetov) of the Ministry of Physical Education and
Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter
the Government authorities) operating in accordance with their Charters.
2. It is considered that a Citizen using the Platform is fully acquainted with the Offer’s terms
and the Rules of Use of the Platform (hereinafter - the Rules) and agrees to it.
3. Terms and concepts:
Platform
account - the short name of the registered user of the Platform;
parties - individuals and Public authorities;
personal account of an individual - a page of a registered user of the Platform;
registration - a unified identification system designed to identify the user of the Platform and
process personal information about him;
payment - money paid to users that meet daily physical standards;
regulation - a set of rules governing the procedure for settlements between the parties on the
Platform (posted at https: //...............uz.pdf);
electronic wallet - software that allows you to store and use electronic money in the User's
personal account;
User - an individual registered in the Platform's Identification System.
4. Subject of the Offer:
Public authorities will realize the following:
4.1 Transfer of three thousand Uzbek soums to the User's electronic wallet of the Platform, who
makes ten thousand or more steps per day across the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan using the
Platform;
4.2. Transfer of funds from three hundred thousand soums to the electronic wallet of the
Platform to the User who travels most of all in each district (city) per month for a daily amount (in
accordance with clause 4.1);
4.3. Transfer of funds from five hundred thousand soums to the electronic wallet of the Platform
to the User who travels most of all in each region (14 subjects of the republic) per month at a daily
amount (in accordance with clause 4.1);
4.4 According to the daily amount (in accordance with clause 4.1), one million soums will be
transferred to the electronic wallet of the Platform every month.
5. The receipt of funds through the Platform to the User's electronic wallet is carried out in
accordance with the regulations approved by the Public authorities.
6. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Electronic Document
Management, the User and Public authorities equate this Offer to a paper document and agree that it
has the same legal force.
7. Platform services are based on legality, openness, impartiality, fairness, equality and
transparency.
8. Territory of the Platform use: the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Basic conditions.
This indicates responsibility for financial, legal and other consequences arising directly or
indirectly between the User and the Public authorities.
Public authorities:
9.1. The Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports is responsible for the honest and active
operation of the Platform, its registration and full use of the User's personal account, and its technical
support.
9.2 The Ministry of Finance is responsible for financing payments related to the transfer of
funds of three thousand soums to the User’s electronic wallet who makes ten thousand or more steps
per day, three hundred thousand soums per month to the User’s electronic wallet who made the most
steps in each district (city), five hundred thousand soums to the User’s electronic wallet who made the
most steps in each region, one million soums to the User’s electronic wallet on the Platform who made
the most steps in the Territory.
9.3 The Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports is responsible for setting restrictions on the
User's participation who violates the Rules, improving the performance of the Platform, analyzing
information about Users as well as monitoring the transparency and openness of their ratings.
9.4 The Ministry of Health is responsible for the accuracy and transparency of anthropometric
indicators (obesity rate, weight index) and other health related Platform data.
User:
9.5 If the User is suspected of or involved in an illegal cyberattack on the Platform, cyber fraud
or threats to information security he/she is liable according to the Republic of Uzbekistan's legislation.
9.6. The User bears personal responsibility for incorrect transfers resulting from unauthorized
and unintentional actions when using funds on the Platform.
9.9 The User Bears personal responsibility for errors in filling out the relevant fields on the
Platform (personal data, anthropometric data, etc.), their deliberate distribution to third parties, as
well as for compliance with storage rules.
9.10 Illegal receipt of income by transferring the User's mobile device to third parties on which
the Platform was implemented, entails liability according to the Republic of Uzbekistan legislation.
10. This clause specifies the rights and obligations that arise directly or indirectly between an
individual and the Public authorities:
Rights of the Public authorities:
10.1.1 For the assessment and analysis of anthropometric data on users' steps, a review
function is provided in cooperation with the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, the Ministry of
Health and the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of
Uzbekistan. Simultaneously, the fact of assignment of the Platform-tools by the Users and aspects of
information security are monitored.
User rights:
10.1.2 Free access to funds received on the User's electronic wallet.
10.1.3 Require from the Public authorities to provide services by the terms of this Offer.
10.1.4 For questions and technical problems that arose during the operation of the Platform:
By a single number +99871 ....................... "hotline";

Consulting by sending written requests to the Public authorities.
General obligations:
10.1.5 The Public authorities are obliged not to provide and store personal and anthropometric
data about Users (except for courts and law enforcement agencies) to third parties.
10.1.6 In the event of technical interruptions on the Platform, immediately notify the Public
authorities by electronic means of communication (e-mail, SMS or others).
10.1.7 The User unilaterally (at his own discretion) refuses (or cancels) this Offer by deleting
his personal account and/or his account on the Platform (except 9.5 points).
10.1.8 Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports:
- Track the number of Users registered and used on the Platform and their sports results
(hereinafter referred to as sports results);
- at the end of each quarter, form a rating of sports results of employees of organizations and
select worthy candidates for victory;
- Preparation of information and analytical information about sports results;
The rating is obliged to control this Offer's requirements and the Regulations by the regional
organization of physical culture and sports.
10.2 The Parties have rights and are responsible according to the Republic of Uzbekistan
legislation and specified in this Offer. In particular, the Public authorities have the right to deny Users
access/connection to the Platform without explaining the reasons for other reasons specified in the
Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Offer and the Regulations.
10.3 If the Public authorities introduce technical and political changes related to the Platform
and identify clauses of this Offer's requirements that are contrary to the legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, they have the right to make appropriate changes and additions.
11. If force majeure circumstances make it impossible to fulfil the conditions of the Offer, then:
- lack of funds is not force majeure;
- technical failures due to earthquakes, floods and similar emergencies and situations are
recognized as force majeure;
- in the event of force majeure circumstances, the Public authorities, within 5 (five) working
days, notify the User electronically of the occurrence of force majeure circumstances.
12. Disputes and disagreements arising by this Offer's requirements are resolved through mutual
negotiations between the Parties.
If the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations between the Parties, they are referred to one of
the Economic, Criminal and Civil Courts, respectively, after the pre-trial settlement of disputes
established by law.
13. Control over compliance with the Offer requirements and all unresolved issues is carried
out and regulated by the Republic of Uzbekistan's current legislation.
14. Parties violating this Offer's requirements are liable by the legislation of the Republic of
Uzbekistan.
